A small vase and plaque situated on framework within the Remembrance building. The dedication is for 1 year and a reminder will be sent to the applicant at the end of this period with the option to renew the dedication.
The plaque can be inscribed up to a maximum of 25 letters only.

- The dedication fee includes the supply of a small vase and 25 letters of inscription.
- The dedication of the vase may be renewed at the end of each period of dedication, subject to the regulations then in force. A renewal reminder letter will be sent to the address we hold on file for you. Please remember to notify us of any change of address
- The placing of additional items such as trinkets, hanging ornaments, photos and soft toys around, or attached to, the vase or framework are not permitted and will be removed by our staff and kept for a period of 3 months for you to collect.
- The Board reserve the right to alter the layout and design of the vases as they deem necessary
