Kerb Memorial Vase Order Form - North East Surrey Crematorium

The kerb vase memorials measure 25 cm x 28 cm and have a flower container in the top.

Up to two sets of remains can be interred in metal urns under the memorial and the lease is for a 10 year period. Renewal of the memorial is available and a reminder letter will be sent to the purchaser at the end of the dedication period.

The actual size of the inscription tablet is 20cm x 11 cm. The recommended maximum number of letters / spaces is 18 on the name / date lines and 24 letters / spaces on the dedication lines. A symbol can be selected for the left-hand side of the inscription, as shown below.

IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW:

The person paying is permitted to dedicate the memorial for 10 years from the date of payment.
PLEASE do not place plants, flowers or ornamental trinkets on the grass as this prevents the staff from maintaining the Gardens. A vase is included in the memorial for cut flowers. We regret that any items on the grass areas will be removed by the grounds staff.
The Board reserve the right to alter the variety of plants / plaques or the design of the gardens as they may deem necessary.
The memorial may be renewed at the end of each dedication period subject to the regulations then in force. A reminder letter will be sent to the address given above. It is therefore important that any change of address is notified to us. Should you decide not to renew the memorial the remains will need to be exhumed and can be taken away or interred at no cost in our communal lawns.
