Cremation Plots Order Form

A cremation plot is a wedge shaped granite memorial stone with a flower holder at the top. The stone measures 18” square and up to two sets of cremated remains can be interred at the memorial.

The plots are sold for a 10 year dedication period and a reminder will be sent to the applicant at the end of this period with the option to renew the dedication for a further 10 years. If you choose not to renew the dedication then the cremated remains will need to be exhumed from the plot.

The price of the memorial includes the 10 year dedication, a granite stone and an inscription NOT exceeding 50 letters/characters. The cost for additional letters can be found on our price list. Please also read the terms and conditions applicable to this memorial.

The dedication of a cremation plot is subject to the following conditions.

  1. The dedication fee includes the supply of a granite memorial stone with a vase holder and up to 50 free letters of inscription.
  2. A maximum of two sets of cremated remains can be interred at the memorial. A metal urn will be provided free of charge by the crematorium at the time of interment for each set of remains.
  3. The dedication of the plot may be renewed at the end of each period of dedication, subject to the regulations then in force. A renewal reminder letter will be sent to the address we hold on file for you. Please remember to notify us of any change of address.
  4. Should you decide not to renew the dedication then an application for exhumation will be sent to you which you must complete and return to the office. The remains can be interred into our communal lawns once exhumed if you wish. Should you wish to keep the memorial stone please arrange collection within 3 months of the lease ending. After this time the stone will be disposed of.
  5. The placing of additional items such as ornaments, vases, flowerpots or plants around the plot are not permitted and will be removed by our staff and kept for a period of 3 months for you to collect.
  6. The Board reserve the right to alter the layout and design of the plots and gardens as they deem necessary.
