Rockery Plaque Order Form - North East Surrey Crematorium

Rockery plaques are available to dedicate within the grounds for a lease period of 5 years. The plaque measures 7” x 3” and is reverse engraved perspex with lettering in gold on a black background.

Each plaque can accommodate 4 lines of inscription. The recommended number of letters and spaces is 25 on each line.

IMPORTANT– PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW:

The person paying is permitted to dedicate the plaque for 5 years from the date of the payment.
To enable us to keep the gardens in the best possible order, it is necessary for the staff to remove flowers, plants, vases or any other items placed on lawns, rockeries or in rose beds weekly. Where possible items will be stored for 3 months for you to collect.
The Board reserve the right to alter the variety of plants/plaques or the design of the gardens as they may deem necessary.
The dedication may be renewed at the end of each period subject to the regulations then in force. A reminder letter will be sent to the address we hold on file. It is therefore important that any change of address is notified to us. If no reply is received to our reminder letter when the dedication expires the plaque will be removed.
