Tree of Life Order Form

Each silver coloured leaf measures 150 mm x 150 mm and is made of opaque brushed finished metal and are available for a dedication period of 5 years. Renewals are available after this period.

The recommended maximum of letters / spaces on the leaf is 107; any greater number will result in thinner / smaller lettering which causes distortion. The grid should be used as a rough guide, a layout will be sent to you for approval before the inscription is finalised.

IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW:

  1. The person paying is permitted to dedicate the memorial for the stated period of years from the date of the payment.
  2. PLEASE do not place plants or flowers on or around the fountain, facilities are provided in the Cloisters or in the Book Room. We regret that any tribute on the fountain will be removed by the staff.
  3. The Board reserve the right to alter the variety of plants/plaques or the design of the gardens as they may deem necessary.
  4. The memorial may be renewed at the end of each dedication period subject to the regulations then in force. A reminder letter will be sent to the address we hold on file. It is therefore important that any change of address is notified to us. If no reply is received to our reminder letter when the memorial expires, the dedication will end and the leaf will be removed from the fountain.
