A “Crystal Plaque” is a frosted perspex plaque displayed in the Remembrance Building and can be leased for a period of 5 years after which time it will be possible to renew the dedication.
The size of the plaque is approximately 10” x 3” and can accommodate 4 lines of inscription. Recommended maximum number of letters/spaces is 30 on each line. Should you choose artwork or a photo this will reduce the text per line by 4 spaces for each item.
A photograph* and or one piece of artwork** may be included with the inscription and can be positioned on the left, right or both sides of the plaque. Please note there is an additional charge for these items.

The dedication may be renewed at the end of the stated period of years, subject to the Regulations then in force. A reminder will be sent to the address we hold on file. It is important that any change of address is notified to the office so that a reminder will reach you. If the dedication is not renewed the plaque will be removed from display.
Please note that cards/trinkets should not be placed or attached to the plaques or framework. Any such items will be removed and stored for a period of 3 months for you to collect.
