Visiting the crematorium

Opening Hours

Garden of Remembrance

Our gardens of remembrance are to the right-hand side of the driveway leading up to the crematorium building.  Water taps and vases for flowers can be found within the garden areas. Here you will find an array of memorial choices available to dedicate to a loved one.   Please see our Memorials page for more details.

The grounds are open to visitors 365 days a year at the following times.

Remembrance Building

Our remembrance building, situated to the right of the main chapel, houses our books of remembrance and some memorial plaque dedications. These can be found in our Memorials section.

There are public and disabled toilets and baby changing facilities accessed down a path on the left side of the building.

Administration Office

Our admin office is located just inside the main entrance gates in the building on the right.  There is a room available to provide a confidential and comfortable place for you to talk with staff on any aspect of the cremation and memorials processes.  Should you wish to collect ashes this is where you will need to go.

Monday to Friday

9am – 4.30pm

Closed at weekends and public holidays.

Travelling to the crematorium

National Rail: The nearest station to us is Raynes Park which is on the lines from Waterloo to Clapham Junction, Wimbledon, Kingston, Shepperton, Surbiton, Hampton Court, Chessington South and Epsom.

From Raynes Park station take the 163 bus to Queen Mary Avenue.

Underground : The nearest underground station is Morden which is on the Northern Line.

From Morden station take the bus to the crematorium

Bus routes: 163, 293 and 413 all run close to the Crematorium.

Car: From the A3 Kingston bypass, take the A298, Bushey Road. Turn right into Grand Drive. At roundabout take 4th exit onto Lower Morden Lane. The crematorium is on the right.

Car Parking

There is ample parking available within the grounds on the side roads to the left and right of the main drive.  Please do not park on the main driveway leading to the chapel building on weekdays as this causes traffic congestion at busy periods.

Please note that the crematorium is inside the Ultra-Low Emission Zone.  From 29th August 2023 you will have to pay the ULEZ charge if your car is non-compliant.
